Emerging Leader Engineering

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, USA; based at the Horsham facility. The role may include relocation immediately or in the future, and flexibility regarding location preferences is expected.

Annual base salary for technical/engineering degrees: $77,000–$85,000.

What you will do

• Complete technical and operational training for an engineering role in Consumer Packaging Americas.
• Contribute to valuable project work within a manufacturing environment.
• Develop leadership skills through communication, vision-setting, engagement, and change-management activities.
• Build business knowledge and understand hirify.global’s culture and processes.
• Work with coaching and connect with business leaders throughout the Emerging Leaders Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Systems by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Previous internship experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related functional area.
• Proven leadership experience and a desire to work in manufacturing.
• Strong technical aptitude, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate and remain flexible regarding future work locations.
