What you will do

• Develop characterization, production, wafer sort, and high-speed digital test programs on the Advantest 93K platform.
• Design tester hardware and develop testing strategies for advanced semiconductor features.
• Create detailed test plans and methodologies aligned with product specifications.
• Participate in testability reviews with DFT and DFM teams to improve yield and test coverage.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments to ATE formats.
• Optimize test flows and test time, remove test insertions, improve yield, and release production test programs with product engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 5–10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 3–5 years of experience.
• At least 6 years of test program development experience on the Advantest 93K ATE tester platform.
• At least 4 years of experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Demonstrable experience with C, C++, Perl, Python, and Linux.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, collaboration, multitasking, urgency, and accountability skills.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology may be required; export license review may apply before employment.
