Principle Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Drive the architectural evolution of the hirify.global platform and design systems for AI-native development, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation.
• Define the Golden Path for development by creating self-service CI/CD, observability, and deployment infrastructure.
• Lead technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and architectural reviews for product engineers.
• Manage a small group of product engineers, including performance, development, and career progression.
• Partner with security, compliance, legal, infrastructure, and operations teams on reliability, performance, auditability, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Architect for high-growth, multi-tenant, high-volume MSP partnerships and represent Product Engineering in executive discussions.

Requirements

• Full-stack development capability with TypeScript.
• Strong background in software architecture and DevOps.
• Hands-on AI experience and working knowledge of current best practices.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup connected to the Stockholm office.
