Expert Customer & SCM Excellence

Location: Hódmezővásárhely, Hungary; hybrid work with a home office option of one day per week.

What you will do

• Analyze and structure customer logistics requirements in cooperation with Sales.
• Compare customer demands with existing processes, standards, and capabilities, and prepare feasibility recommendations.
• Develop tailored process solutions, implementation plans, and go-live transitions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, IT, Planning, and customers during solution development and testing.
• Prepare and facilitate SCM-focused meetings, present data-driven recommendations, and track follow-up actions.
• Monitor customer KPIs, analyze complaints and root causes, and recommend corrective process improvements.

Requirements

• Business Administration education with professional experience in logistics, SCM, or process and project management.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient English skills required.
• Solid SAP knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience in logistics processes.
