What you will do
- Define inventory policies based on product segmentation.
- Calculate and maintain safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes, lead times, and replenishment strategies in planning systems and ERP platforms.
- Manage MRP exceptions and coordinate call-offs and the conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
- Support cycle counts and improve inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with buyers, operations, sales, marketing, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to improve supplier performance and inventory results.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in material planning, fulfillment, or a related area.
- Fluent English required for collaboration with international stakeholders.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, accuracy, and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
- BSc or MSc degree in Economics, preferably Logistics.
- Established MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Valid Hungarian work permit or visa required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Additional language skills.
