What you will do

• Review and negotiate client contracts and maintain transaction banking contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Advise on the development and expansion of transaction banking products and services, including digital payments, FX, and liquidity solutions.
• Assess new and existing regulations, operational flows, client onboarding processes, and related legal risks.
• Support client service, operations, business governance, and customer communications.
• Review customer-facing guides, forms, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience at a leading law firm or equivalent experience at a large financial institution.
• J.D. degree required.
• Active membership in the New York or Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Experience with contract negotiation and the ability to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and commercial judgment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and advise the business proactively.
