Associate Researcher (Fem Care)

Location: Winton Hill Business Center; onsite 5 days per week, 7:00am–5:00pm. The Fem Care laboratory is expected to move from Winton Hill to Mason.

Salary: $61,600–$70,850 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments for innovative feminine care products and technologies.
• Formulate and prepare prototype batches using new materials, formulations, and product concepts.
• Design, execute, and analyze fluid handling, absorbency, fluid acquisition, retention, and mechanical performance tests.
• Record, analyze, and communicate experimental results, observations, and technical insights.
• Investigate unexpected results, identify root causes, and recommend next steps.
• Support laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, inventory management, safety, quality practices, and the move to Mason.

Requirements

• Associate degree in science or a related field, or a high school diploma with relevant experience and interests; two-year and four-year degrees are also welcome.
• Hands-on laboratory experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and learn new methods.
• Availability to work onsite at Winton Hill Business Center 5 days per week, from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, independently execute experiments, interpret results, and solve problems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
