R&D Scientist 1 (Recent Grad Starting in 2027)

Salary: $84,900–$92,000 annually in Zone A; additional U.S. salary zones may apply.

What you will do

• Develop and refine product formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Apply engineering principles to product and process scale-up challenges, from laboratory experimentation and pilot plant trials to full-scale manufacturing.
• Lead risk assessments, document technical learnings, and use statistical analysis and digital tools to optimize formulations and processing parameters.
• Create product specifications, processing standards, SOPs, test methods, and best practices.
• Lead product testing, consumer tests, pilot trials, and production trials; analyze results and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, Insights, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to manage technical risk and support product launches.

Requirements

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, BioEngineering, Materials Science Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduation between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to work in a laboratory with various materials, including dust.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, independent working, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.
