EMEA Technology Manager, Tender & Pricing

Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland. Hybrid role with an expectation to work from the office three days per week. Requires up to 10–20% international travel within EMEA.

Base pay: €70,100–€121,210 annually, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for EMEA contracting technology solutions.
• Translate business, legal, and commercial requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support tender lifecycle processes, bid governance, pricing, and contract execution.
• Lead Agile delivery, including prioritization, sprint planning, reviews, and release quality.
• Apply AI, advanced analytics, and automation to commercial platforms and revenue optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, system integration, scalability, compliance, and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology product management, product ownership, or commercial IT, including enterprise application ownership.
• Experience with contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP, tender, or bid management systems, integrations, data flows, and Agile delivery tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting, pricing governance, compliance, legal requirements, and data privacy in regulated environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence, prioritize competing demands, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting EMEA commercial organizations and region-specific regulatory or contracting requirements.
• Product Owner experience in Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog ownership and release planning.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms and pricing or finance integrations.
• Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification.
