Senior Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, product owners, engineers, architects and delivery leads to shape and maintain multi-year product roadmaps.
• Coordinate IT delivery with Product and Delivery Engineering Leads.
• Help deliver new capabilities on time, within budget, and in line with architecture and engineering standards.
• Manage product runtime and capital resources and budgets.
• Maintain accurate and regularly reviewed data in Marsh Technology Asset Inventories.
• Identify emerging technologies that can address business needs, including opportunities to use AI tooling.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering technology initiatives successfully at a senior manager level.
• Experience defining technology strategies and product roadmaps with senior business leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management, business engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Broad understanding of technology, Agile development, technology strategy, roadmap planning and project budgeting.
• Experience managing technology strategy for one or more products.
• Experience with large-scale, complex, business-critical, globally deployed solutions.

Nice to have

• SAFe SPC, ASPC or SAFe Lean Portfolio Management qualifications.
• Strong understanding of the insurance or broker business and relevant external market trends.
