What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, product owners, and engineers to shape and maintain multi-year product roadmaps.
• Coordinate IT delivery to ensure capabilities are delivered on time, within budget, and according to architecture standards.
• Manage product runtime, capital resources, and project budgets.
• Maintain accurate data within Technology Asset Inventories.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies and AI tooling to address business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience successfully delivering large-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience operating at a senior manager level and partnering with senior business leaders to define strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills.
• Broad understanding of technology strategy, roadmap planning, and project budgeting.
• Practical experience working in Agile development.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, and able to work from the office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Technical qualifications such as SAFe SPC, ASPC, or SAFe Lean Portfolio Management.
• Understanding of the Insurance or Broker business domain and external market trends.
