Support Engineer, SAP MM / WM / eWM (SAP)

What you will do

• Resolve complex customer issues across SAP MM, WM, and eWM through structured troubleshooting.
• Configure, present, and advise on SAP functionality, best practices, customizations, and extensions.
• Develop, test, package, and deliver application break fixes for critical product defects, collaborating with developers when needed.
• Support Brazilian and Mexican tax, regulatory, and localization processes, including Brazilian Nota Fiscal and fiscal-solution integrations.
• Manage critical incidents in SLA-driven environments and provide hands-on assistance through test environments and remote client connectivity.
• Contribute to documentation, diagnostic tools, knowledge-transfer sessions, and support process improvements within a virtual global team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant SAP experience, with strong expertise in MM and either WM or eWM.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting application end users in a corporate environment.
• Experience with MM-WM and MM-eWM integration, configuration, troubleshooting, SAP architecture, maintenance, and patching.
• Experience supporting highly customized environments, including Z routines, user exits, enhancements, and country-specific localizations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and client-support skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

Nice to have

• SAP certification.
• Knowledge of multiple SAP modules across SAP 4.x and ECC releases.
• Experience with global implementations, consulting, and additional country-specific solutions.
• Spanish language proficiency.
