Focus on building event calendars, delivering hands-on demonstrations and new product introductions, capturing customer data, and optimizing activity through ROI and KPI analysis.
Location: Weybridge, United Kingdom; based at the Weybridge office. The role includes UK-wide travel for 5–10 days per month, including occasional overnight stays. Hybrid and flexible working policies are available.

What you will do
- Lead and develop the four-person Alpha Force imaging team, setting objectives, action plans, and performance measures.
- Build an event calendar with photo retailers and Key Account Managers, prioritizing core photography communities.
- Plan and deliver retail and industry activations, including in-store campaigns, national events, demonstrations, hands-on experiences, and promoter staffing.
- Drive event awareness and attendance through , retailer, ambassador, digital, social, and Alpha Universe UK channels.
- Adapt central product materials for the UK market and deliver new product introductions and training for customers and retail partners.
- Track event reporting, ROI, KPIs, customer data, and eCRM follow-up to improve future activity and support sales.
Requirements
- Expertise in photography and ideally videography.
- Commercial drive, ambition, clear public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience organizing or participating in imaging industry events.
- Experience leading or managing people.
- Ability to travel across the UK for 5–10 days per month, including occasional overnight stays.
- Skills in asset creation, content management, and UX are valued.
