Data Scientist Team Manager (Machine Learning)

What you will do

• Manage a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts.
• Lead the development of advanced solutions for complex technical challenges in big data and machine learning.
• Guide statistical and machine learning algorithm development on large-scale data.
• Own data processes and pipelines from research and proof of concept through production.
• Collaborate with data extraction, platform, product, and R&D teams to deliver digital insights.
• Hire team members, develop the group structure, and contribute to product strategy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing machine learning and statistical algorithms in production.
• At least 1 year of people management experience is required.
• Strong experience with big data and machine learning production pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
