Customer Service Associate (iGaming)

What you will do

• Provide customer support through chat, email, and phone.
• Resolve queries related to log-in issues, payments, withdrawals, bonuses, responsible gambling, and terms and conditions.
• Use a professional and friendly approach while resolving customer issues.
• Follow company procedures and maintain service standards.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and keep job knowledge current.

Requirements

• Fluent English; British or Irish accents are preferred.
• Experience in online customer support or other client-facing roles.
• Strong computer literacy, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Interest in sports and a collaborative, knowledge-sharing approach.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
