Account Manager Active Users (MMO Games)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work model with flexible working hours.

Salary: €1,700–€2,600 gross per month

What you will do

• Handle complex player-related cases affecting user experience.
• Play both games regularly and maintain knowledge of game mechanics, live events, and player workflows.
• Investigate user cases, analyze technical and operational data, identify root causes, and coordinate structured solutions.
• Ensure player-facing communications follow internal guidelines, accurate details, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Game Design, Data Analytics, and Programming on recurring issues and system improvements.
• Document case histories and resolutions while monitoring user-experience KPIs and corrective action plans.

Requirements

• Strong interest in MMO games and understanding of player behavior.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing data.
• Experience coordinating tasks across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, logical thinking, and organized communication.
• Active gamer with an understanding of smooth and engaging player experiences.
