AI Engineer – Foundational Models with Multi-Modality (Analog IC Design)

What you will do

• Establish efficient design methodologies and tools with the NXP IP team.
• Integrate generative AI technologies into analog IC design workflows.
• Enhance an internal chatbot built with Streamlit and AWS Bedrock to understand analog IC terminology, abbreviations, and synonyms.
• Build and maintain a domain-specific knowledge base for semantic understanding of analog IC concepts.
• Integrate AI tools into existing design environments with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with design organizations and technical experts worldwide.

Requirements

• MS/MSc degree in electrical engineering and at least 5 years of experience with software expertise.
• Hands-on experience with graph neural networks and open-source multimodal foundational models.
• Expertise in Python object-oriented programming.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and/or CUDA.
• Experience with Linux, Bash, CMake, AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, databases, MLOps, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Analog IC design knowledge or an affinity with analog design.
• Docker, containerization, Git, CI/CD, Jira, Robot Framework, or OSS and copyright management knowledge.
• Object-oriented programming in C/C++ or Python, Cadence SKILL, and Streamlit.
