Internal Fleet Coordinator (Automotive)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; responsibility for Belgium and Luxembourg

What you will do

• Manage an internal fleet of approximately 150 vehicles, including in-fleet, active, display, demonstration, job, and service vehicles.
• Coordinate the full vehicle lifecycle, including registration, insurance, documentation, maintenance, damage, recalls, fines, and fleet inventories.
• Plan test vehicles, events, vehicle changes, maintenance, transport, and logistics movements to maximise availability and utilisation.
• Monitor fleet processes, check-in and check-out procedures, contractual agreements, and internal compliance.
• Manage external suppliers, service levels, quality, invoicing, costs, and process optimisation.
• Coordinate daily with Sales, Marketing, PR, Events, Finance, Operations, and external partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or automotive operations.
• Strong organisational, analytical, process-monitoring, and cost-control skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proactive approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French.
