Proposal Writer, US Government Markets (TS SCI) (Aerospace)

Location: Los Angeles, California, USA. The role includes in-person collaboration at the Playa Vista office.

What you will do

• Author responses to Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals, and other new business opportunities.
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle and own final delivery of complete proposals.
• Coordinate technical, cost and price, schedule, and other proposal content.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear materials for varied audiences.
• Create persuasive content highlighting product capabilities and solutions for customer needs.
• Maintain proposal templates and the content library while meeting quality standards and tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience writing, drafting, and editing proposals for US government or sophisticated aerospace and defense customers.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, business development, contracts, and other cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance or willingness to attain clearance.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and work effectively as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in spacecraft or spacecraft-adjacent markets.
