Scrum Master - Freelancer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support up to two teams in an Agile Release Train developing a chronic care solution for healthcare professionals.
• Help teams deliver value by maintaining focus on Sprint Goals, Team Backlog priorities, and ART objectives.
• Facilitate decision-making, remove blockers, and make risks and impediments visible.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ART-level ceremonies.
• Use team metrics to support reflection, continuous improvement, and more efficient ways of working.
• Coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices while building trust, autonomy, and sustainable performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• 7+ years of experience in software product development.
• Solid experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• SAFe 6.0 certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Technical background through software development experience or a technical degree.
