ESG Performance & Reporting Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate the Group’s ESG action plan, including owners, milestones, performance indicators, and implementation follow-up.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and govern ESG data across functions and geographies.
• Develop dashboards and management reports to track progress against ESG targets.
• Lead EcoVadis, CDP, and other ESG assessments and disclosures.
• Analyze assessment results and convert findings into prioritized improvement actions.
• Contribute to ESG reporting under frameworks such as GRI and CSRD, as well as client RFIs and RFPs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a top university, business school, or engineering school.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, reporting, or data analysis.
• Experience with EcoVadis and/or CDP submissions is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and disclosure requirements.
• Strong data management, analysis, visualization, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
