Senior Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Turn company, revenue, product, finance, and marketing data into standardized metrics and actionable insights.
• Apply statistical reasoning to cohort maturity, sample size, aggregation bias, and construct validity before presenting analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Shape data models and analytics conventions, document shared metric definitions, and improve data quality with Data Engineers.
• Translate complex analysis into clear business language and align Revenue, Finance, Product, and Operations on consistent metrics.
• Build self-service Tableau dashboards and LLM-enabled access for non-technical stakeholders.
• Design, validate, deploy, and monitor predictive models such as churn or conversion prediction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a B2B organization with subscription or recurring-revenue dynamics.
• Strong statistical foundation and experience working with time-based and cohort data.
• Expert-level SQL for querying and transforming large datasets and advanced Python for data preparation and statistical validation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional analysis and improving analytical standards.
• Experience providing self-service insights through dashboards or AI/LLM tools.
• Experience designing, validating, rolling out, and monitoring predictive or machine learning models, including train/test separation and drift monitoring.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks and Delta Lake.
• Experience with Tableau and Tableau Pulse.
