🔶 This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in loan documentation, transaction management, lending operations, legal documentation, or structured finance who would like to work on complex financing transactions across Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking.🔶

🔷 In this role, you will work closely with business, legal and risk stakeholders, supporting the review, negotiation and execution of financing documentation while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.🔷
