Collections Analyst OTC (6 Month FTC) (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 90,400–114,325 annual base salary, with potential variable compensation and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Monitor open aging reports and contact customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Research and resolve invoicing questions, disputes, account reconciliations, and collection blockers.
• Post cash, resolve reconciliation items, and provide backup support and training as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to arrange payment release and resolve pending issues.
• Manage customer portal setup, invoice loading, follow-ups, and timely email responses.
• Support OTC process improvements, meetings, onboarding, vacation coverage, and cross-training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous collections experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of VAT requirements.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers.

Nice to have

• NetSuite experience.
• Salesforce experience.
