MF CICS Specialist (IBM CICS)

What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, and support IBM CICS environments on z/OS.
• Monitor CICS regions for high availability, stability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and analyze logs, dumps, and CICS traces.
• Perform CICS performance analysis and tuning.
• Support application deployments, configuration changes, upgrades, maintenance, and migration projects.
• Collaborate with application developers, system programmers, and infrastructure teams while maintaining operational documentation and security compliance.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience supporting IBM CICS environments.
• Strong knowledge of IBM z/OS and hands-on CICS TS administration.
• Experience with JCL, TSO/ISPF, and SDSF.
• Knowledge of CICS performance tuning and problem determination.
• Experience with VTAM, TCP/IP, and related connectivity components.
• Work location: Petah Tikva, Center District, Israel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DB2, IMS, or MQ.
