Clinical Research Associate 2 - Multi-Sponsor - Based in Barcelona

Location: Spain, with the position based in Barcelona and the job listing located in Madrid; regular site travel is required

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Support subject recruitment planning and track recruitment progress.
• Evaluate site practices for compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice, and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines.
• Track regulatory submissions, case report form completion, and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with study-site experts and client representatives.

Requirements

• University degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical trials.
• Excellent Spanish and English language skills required.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to travel and a Class B driver’s license.
