MEMS Development & Production Engineer (MEMS)

Location: Netherlands — Eindhoven, Hoofddorp, Nijmegen, and a team site in Delft. The role involves cleanroom, laboratory, production, and equipment-maintenance work.

Salary: €50,400–€69,300 per year

What you will do

• Prototype MEMS modules in a cleanroom environment and contribute to module design iterations.
• Develop and automate test setups for MEMS modules.
• Translate R&D outcomes into scalable production processes.
• Oversee module assembly and coordinate with suppliers.
• Support laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and quality documentation.
• Improve yield and perform root-cause analysis for engineering issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience with MEMS, cleanroom processes, and testing.
• Familiarity with process control; quality experience is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is beneficial.
• Comfort working in a flexible and evolving environment.
