IT Business Analyst (Core Banking)

What you will do

• Interpret, clarify, and refine business requirements and product backlogs for the Accounts Engine RPCs squad.
• Design technical solution options with architects and developers, validate the preferred approach, and prepare technical specifications and user stories.
• Analyse bankhirify.global processes and translate complex business needs into functional specifications aligned with stakeholders and end users.
• Ensure non-functional requirements coverhirify.global security, performance, availability, and scalability are addressed.
• Manage quality assurance activities, includhirify.global automated functional, integration, user acceptance, smoke, and production testhirify.global.
• Provide documentation, trainhirify.global, technical support, and collaboration durhirify.global agile delivery.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in the bankhirify.global industry.
• Strong knowledge of bankhirify.global business processes and products.
• Deep understandhirify.global of SQL or NoSQL databases and a strong technical background.
• Experience designhirify.global technical solutions, managhirify.global requirements across multiple stakeholders, and workhirify.global with global products.
• Knowledge of security, audit, and IT architecture practices.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with core bankhirify.global technologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitLab.
• Knowledge of IT landscapes, software development lifecycles, and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field.
