Senior Consultant, Data Science & AI

What you will do

• Develop, train, validate, and deploy production-grade predictive and prescriptive machine learning models.
• Design and deploy generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, fine-tuned LLM applications, prompt engineering frameworks, and enterprise AI systems.
• Architect autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows with tool use, function calling, and task automation.
• Build cloud-based analytics datasets, ML pipelines, reporting workflows, dashboards, and executive-ready data stories.
• Lead client workshops, translate business objectives into data science methodologies, and create solution architecture and pipeline documentation.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, cross-training, pre-sales support, and project estimation.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related IT field.
• 5–8 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or management consulting, including 3+ years in external client-facing consulting or professional services.
• 3+ years of application, model design, and deployment experience in cloud environments; GCP experience is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience architecting and deploying generative AI systems and agentic AI workflows.
• Strong Python, SQL, machine learning, cloud, data engineering, visualization, MLOps/LLMOps, and agile delivery experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and mathematical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide guidance to junior team members.

Nice to have

• Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent generative AI/cloud certification.
• Experience with MarTech or AdTech ecosystems.
