Staff Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build production-grade agentic AI systems that triage, debug, and solve real-world software issues.
• Use hirify.global’s large-scale dataset of errors, spans, and profiles to develop smarter product capabilities.
• Develop models and agents for issue resolution and predictive application performance analytics.
• Own major AI/ML initiatives and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Contribute as a foundational member of the AI/ML team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with a master’s or PhD degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field, or 6+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated expertise building production-grade agentic systems and tools.
• Production-quality Python programming experience.
• Expertise with deep learning frameworks, especially PyTorch.
• Experience deploying machine learning models at scale in production environments.
• Experience owning systems or components, mentoring, documenting technical work, presenting to technical audiences, and collaborating across teams.

Base salary: $240,000–$400,000 per year, depending on location, education, experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
