What you will do
- Provide concierge-level support, rapid issue resolution, market intelligence, and platform guidance.
- Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients as the primary point of contact.
- Advocate for client needs internally and ensure timely resolution of requests.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to support client growth and improve the user experience.
- Represent the brand at exclusive events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of growth or operations experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
- Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency when supporting clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
