Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud Networking)

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize highly available AWS and GCP network architectures across multiple accounts and regions.
• Automate global cloud network infrastructure with Terraform and Git-driven CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage BGP routing, IPsec VPNs, and dynamic connectivity between AWS, GCP, regional points of presence, and external banking partners.
• Act as an escalation point for complex cloud networking incidents and improve network visibility and observability.
• Participate in a global on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Platform teams on secure landing zones and automated network controls.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and operating AWS network environments at scale, including VPC, Transit Gateway, route tables, Direct Connect, and AWS Network Firewall.
• Strong Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code experience for provisioning and automating cloud network components.
• Practical experience with GCP networking, including Shared VPC and Cloud Router, or experience in multi-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Linux, Python or Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, subnetting, TCP/IP, and BGP dynamic routing principles.
• Associate-level networking certification knowledge or equivalent hands-on experience, such as CCNA, JNCIA-Junos, HCIA, Aruba ACA, Network+, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or GCP PCNE.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, local banking, or high-concurrency and high-availability financial networks with strict information security requirements.
• Familiarity with GCP-preferred architectures.
• Advanced networking certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and modern operational tools integration.
