Financial Analyst (AGS Operations)

Location: Singapore or Hsinchu, Taiwan. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Prepare detailed financial analysis and commentary for finance and non-finance executives.
• Develop complex models for strategic planning, business sizing, and performance management.
• Support APAC operations finance activities covering inventory, costing, repairs, returns, and TKM-related topics.
• Act as a first point of contact for APAC operations and finance questions, escalating complex issues with clear framing.
• Analyze inventory decisions for APAC legal entities and coordinate with planning and local controllers.
• Support cross-functional projects, system integrations, process improvements, and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of supply-chain financial concepts and experience in semiconductor, supply-chain, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with SAP and Tableau or comparable data analytics tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively across regions and time zones and explain complex information to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Fluent Mandarin conversation skills.
• Familiarity with APAC customs.
