What you will do
- Build a Health, Safety and Environment culture across the project through best-practice processes and continual improvement.
- Communicate EHS activities and performance to project stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Conduct internal audits, support non-conformance management, and establish KPIs with dashboard reporting.
- Review and challenge the EHS plan and oversee implementation of EHS processes and procedures.
- Maintain a daily field presence through inspections, safety walks, and targeted audits.
- Participate in risk reviews and identify and manage potential EHS risks across the project.
Requirements
- Full-time on-site presence is required for the duration of the construction phase.
- At least 10 years of EHS experience in construction and project management organisations.
- Experience in contractor management, field assurance, high-risk construction, and incident investigation.
- Sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment management, including environmental compliance.
- Formal health and safety qualification with demonstrable environmental management competence or an appropriate qualification.
- Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction, plus strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Client representative experience across multiple sectors and technologies.
- Data centre or mission-critical construction experience.
