What you will do
- Create, maintain, and update cargo services manuals, process manuals, bulletins, local operating procedures, and related documentation.
- Support the development of the Ground Operations Manual and documentation covering safety, security, aircraft handling, and servicing procedures.
- Conduct and record gap analyses against international regulations, UAE GCAA requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage documentation platform credentials and access reviews for external ground operations users across the global airport network.
- Coordinate station information updates, audit preparation, and documentation activities for station start-ups and ground handling provider changes.
- Arrange and deliver ground operations training for Etihad and third-party service provider personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Aviation Management or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of previous aviation industry experience, preferably in airline operations or ground operations.
- Knowledge of aircraft handling, cargo operations, ground operations documentation, and applicable safety and security standards.
- Ability to conduct regulatory gap analyses and support corporate, regulatory, and industry audits.
- Based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
