Remote Vehicle Operator

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role requires a valid UAE driving licence, at least three years of driving experience, and rotating shifts providing 24/7 operational coverage.

What you will do

• Monitor live vehicle operations and respond to remote assistance requests in real time.
• Use the remote assistance platform to support autonomous vehicles according to operational protocols.
• Resolve issues independently where possible, escalate unresolved cases, and track them through closure.
• Identify patterns in vehicle behaviour and system performance that require attention.
• Collect, organise, and summarise system issues, feedback, and operational observations.
• Support customer service communications and testing of remote assistance and customer service systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or above; field of study is unrestricted.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, as well as standard digital tools and internal platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Calm, composed, and situationally aware under pressure, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Valid UAE driving licence and at least three years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record required, including no recent major traffic violations, reckless-driving points, DUI or drug-related driving offences, or serious-injury fatality accidents.
