Remote Vehicle Operator (Automotive)

What you will do

• Monitor live vehicle operations and respond to remote assistance requests in real time.
• Support autonomous vehicles through the remote assistance platform while following operational protocols.
• Resolve issues independently where possible, escalate unresolved cases to the relevant team lead, and track them through closure.
• Identify patterns in vehicle behaviour and system performance and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Collect, organise, and summarise remote assistance issues and feedback.
• Support customer service communications, system testing, and feedback activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher; field of study is unrestricted.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, internal platforms, and standard digital tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Calmness under pressure, situational awareness, strong communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Valid UAE driving licence and at least three years of driving experience required.
• Clean driving record required, including no recent major traffic violations, reckless-driving indicators, DUI or drug-related driving offences, or accidents resulting in death or serious injury.
