Senior Graphic Designer (AI)

Location: Remote from Ukraine

hirify.global develops machine-learning technology that identifies and optimizes mobile assets and supports the growth of mobile businesses.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain hirify.global’ visual language across brand, digital, and mobile app touchpoints.
• Create brand materials, presentations, social content, event materials, campaigns, and other visual assets.
• Design UI-related improvements across the mobile app portfolio.
• Translate briefs, concepts, and business needs into clear, polished visual solutions.
• Build reusable templates, components, and visual systems that improve consistency and scalability.
• Present concepts, incorporate feedback, and independently drive projects from idea to final delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a technology, digital, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual design, typography, composition, attention to detail, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in the creative workflow.
• Experience creating brand identities and visual systems, with a good understanding of digital and UI design principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English; remote work from Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with company events, internal branding, merchandise, and event materials.
• Motion design or animation experience, including After Effects.
• Experience designing for mobile apps or digital products.
• Experience creating design systems, component libraries, or scalable visual templates.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

Hiring process

• HR interview lasting approximately 30 minutes.
• Professional interview lasting approximately 60 minutes.
• 72-hour take-home design challenge followed by a 60–90-minute interview and presentation.
