What you will do

• Support business operations activities and Lean management deployment across hirify.global China and its entities.
• Support collaboration and organize promotional events and training sessions.
• Create and maintain content for Google Sites, videos, and internal news.
• Develop digital performance review dashboards using tools such as Google and Qlik.
• Support improvement projects and monthly operational-system reporting for the China region.
• Identify potential compliance risks and act with integrity in daily activities.

Requirements

• Student status or equivalent early-career background.
• Based in or able to work in the Beijing Area, China.
• Interest in business operations, Lean management, reporting, and performance improvement.
• Ability to support collaboration, events, training, and digital content activities.
