Business Insight Lead (Web3)

Location: Hong Kong; work-from-home arrangement, which may vary depending on the business team's work.

What you will do

• Optimize user growth and marketing strategies using analysis of the global ecosystem.
• Lead full-funnel user journey analysis from acquisition and activation through conversion and retention.
• Drive multi-channel acquisition through KOLs, paid advertising, SEO, referrals, communities, and social channels.
• Set up and track CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and viral coefficient metrics.
• Run rapid A/B tests, iterate growth models, and improve user quality.
• Tailor strategies to local markets and collaborate cross-functionally to execute them.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in user growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience working across global markets, including MENA, LATAM, SEA, and Africa.
• Strong data-driven mindset and familiarity with growth tools and KPIs.
• Background in internet, Web3, or fintech businesses is preferred.
• English and Mandarin are required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and hands-on approach.
