Staff Product Manager, Buy Now Pay Later (Fintech)

Salary: $188,500–$255,000 annual base pay, with potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of QuickBooks Capital’s Buy Now Pay Later product.
• Manage the full customer funnel, including acquisition, activation, checkout experience, and performance measurement.
• Identify growth opportunities and use AI for personalization, research, insight generation, and faster experimentation.
• Define and launch expansion strategies for BNPL across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional partners in engineering, compliance, and risk to deliver responsible lending experiences.
• Track emerging AI models, tools, and research and determine how they can improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering products in Product Management.
• Proven results in growth and funnel-optimization product management; fintech experience is strongly preferred.
• Daily fluency with AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and acceleration; experience shipping AI-powered features is a plus.
• Ability to define customer problems, set direction amid ambiguity, and make decisions with imperfect information.
• Technical credibility to discuss LLM trade-offs, system design, and implementation complexity with engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is a plus.
