Development Engineer (GTO/SC) Spring Co-Op (MedTech)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; hybrid with a minimum of 3 days on site and full-time availability during the January–April 2027 co-op term

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, consolidate, and report data for supply chain project teams.
• Build tools and systems that improve process efficiency.
• Support external supplier projects and lead small technical projects and process changes.
• Write and execute process development protocols and reports.
• Analyze process data using advanced analytics and support design-for-manufacturability requirements.
• Document processes, communicate business opportunities, and contribute to team and cross-functional activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, biomedical, electrical, chemical, industrial, or a related field.
• At least two semesters completed, sophomore standing or above, and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must remain a student during the co-op and must not graduate before April 2027.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Must work full-time on site during business hours, with at least 3 days per week in the Cincinnati office; coursework must be completed outside 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.
• Leadership or participation in campus programs or community service is required.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or co-op experience in the medical device industry.
