What you will do

• Lead preclinical research for T-cell engager programs, including novel target identification, discovery investment prioritization, and next-generation target discovery.
• Build and lead a portfolio of bispecific antibody research programs for solid tumors.
• Manage project leaders and laboratory scientists while creating an inclusive, high-performing research environment.
• Lead cross-functional teams integrating tumor biology, target validation, translational research, therapeutic modalities, and portfolio strategy.
• Establish external scientific collaborations and evaluate external opportunities, including business development diligence.
• Partner across research and development to integrate technology with tumor cell biology and apply AI/ML to target and biology evaluation.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 4 years of directly related experience, master's degree with 8 years, or bachelor's degree with 10 years in cancer biology, cell biology, genetics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of direct people management or leadership experience across teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Experience leading drug discovery and development programs through IND/CTA-enabling activities and candidate nomination for large-molecule therapeutics.
• Deep knowledge of oncology and tumor biology, including human genetics, signaling pathways, response and resistance mechanisms, and translational pharmacology.
• Experience with antibody engineering, T-cell engagers, antibody-drug conjugates, and high-performing research team leadership.
• Demonstrated scientific impact through publications, patents, presentations, or other external recognition, plus the ability to use AI/ML in research and translational biology.

Nice to have

• Doctoral degree with at least 12 years of industry experience after postdoctoral training.
• Expertise in NSCLC or lung cancer biology.
• Experience designing and evaluating antibody-based therapeutic modalities.
