Manager, Data Center Rack Integration

Location: Hybrid; periodic travel for supplier reviews and an in-person interview may be required at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and scale a multidisciplinary team across supply-chain operations, rack integration engineering, and technical program management.
• Own the operating model connecting capacity demand, L10 hardware supply, L11 rack production, materials, supplier capacity, and deployment readiness.
• Guide rack architectures, L11 product introductions, bill-of-materials consistency, integration testing, cabling, and data center standards.
• Manage global integration suppliers through performance reviews, capacity commitments, escalations, commercial negotiations, and budget governance.
• Expand rack integration and lifecycle capabilities through controlled pilots, operational standards, and repeatable global programs.
• Improve data-driven operations through Oracle ERP workflows, responsible AI-assisted analysis, automation, metrics, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Proven people-management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and scaling multidisciplinary operational or technical teams.
• Broad experience in hardware manufacturing, supply-chain operations, systems integration, or hyperscale infrastructure programs involving contract manufacturers, ODMs, or global suppliers.
• Operational knowledge of rack-level servers, networking, power, cabling, and manufacturing sufficient to guide technical specialists and make informed decisions.
• Experience managing supplier performance, capacity escalations, commercial reviews, budgets, demand forecasts, production metrics, and cross-functional programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across global time zones and travel periodically for supplier reviews.
• Access to certain information may be subject to U.S. export control laws; an offer may require authorization to receive controlled technology without export-license sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale data center deployment readiness, colocation environments, rack lifecycle, or decommissioning programs.
• Experience introducing hardware products into contract manufacturing environments and expanding manufacturing or integration capabilities through controlled pilots.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, AI-assisted automation tooling, RFPs, facility assessments, and commercial negotiations that expand global supplier capacity.
