Impact Investing Co-op

Location: Boston, MA, United States; office attendance is required 4 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week.

Base salary: $19–$35 per hour.

What you will do

• Research companies eligible for the Global Equity Impact team’s investible universe.
• Support thematic and company research related to impact investing.
• Develop and track impact key performance indicators for portfolio holdings.
• Contribute to annual reports and other team research materials.
• Assist with company modeling, data-analysis tools, portfolio monitoring, and ad hoc investment projects.

Requirements

• Only Northeastern University students are eligible for this program.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Interest in impact investing, sustainable investing, or international development.
• Independent initiative, creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Collegial attitude, team orientation, and a high level of professionalism.
