Base salary: $77,800–$97,300 per year

What you will do

• Analyze customer, category, and segment data to identify strategic growth opportunities for hirify.global Ingredients.
• Own and manage the KHI sales pipeline, including opportunity tracking, data management, pipeline calls, reporting, and proactive communication.
• Maintain Salesforce as an accurate source for sales performance tracking and pipeline trend analysis.
• Track and report on the ZBB sales budget to support financial transparency and alignment.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create customer-specific selling stories and support category business-building initiatives.
• Build and maintain KPI reports in Clearview and Tableau, sharing actionable insights with the Sales Director and National Account Managers.

Requirements

• 1–3 or more years of experience in analytics, sales, customer management, or account management, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Strong analytical skills, including syndicated data analysis and category and segment performance evaluation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data aggregation and manipulation formulas.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent planning, oral, and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
