Location: Remote, anywhere in the United States. The posting also lists Home Office, Olympia, WA.

Salary: $153,400–$231,220 base range, plus corporate bonus potential.

What you will do

  • Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and customer outcomes for the Network Monitoring System within the network observability portfolio.
  • Engage customers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify unmet needs, product gaps, and differentiated opportunities.
  • Translate customer, market, competitive, and technical insights into product requirements, user stories, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop network discovery, topology, monitoring, telemetry, and infrastructure-context capabilities that help teams diagnose operational issues.
  • Integrate SNMP, streaming telemetry, configuration, topology, performance, flow, and other network signals into a coherent operational experience.
  • Drive prioritization and alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and executive stakeholders while using AI-enabled tools responsibly.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in networking, network operations, observability, infrastructure, analytics, or a related technical field, including 5+ years in product management.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, network devices, operational workflows, and network operations teams' needs.
  • Ability to independently translate ambiguous problems and customer requests into focused strategies, roadmaps, and actionable requirements.
  • Experience using data, metrics, customer insight, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical, commercial, customer-facing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products and tools, plus a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
