Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - United States

Base salary: $190,000–$230,000 USD per year, dependent on geographic location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

hirify.global builds telemetry infrastructure and an AI platform for telemetry, helping enterprise IT and security teams manage and analyze data for humans and AI agents.

What you will do

• Drive the vision and delivery of the Core Search foundation, including Federated, Metric, and Lakehouse search.
• Collect customer and partner feedback, triage feature requests and bugs, and prioritize the product roadmap and development backlog.
• Negotiate feature priorities with Engineering Management and maintain visibility with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Present roadmaps, investigate customer use cases, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Define customer “golden path” use cases and create enablement materials, including videos, blogs, talks, and technical training.
• Monitor integration effectiveness through product metrics and stakeholder feedback, serving as the central point of contact for Search integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing Product Management, preferably in observability, metrics, analytics, cybersecurity, big data integrations, or SaaS.
• Experience with big data and analytics products using query languages such as SQL, KQL, SPL, or comparable tools.
• Understanding of data challenges at terabyte and petabyte scale, network protocols, and data structures for processing and storage.
• Experience with Agile development and the Atlassian suite, especially Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage complex data integration systems, multiple priorities, and cross-functional programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and experience with a free hirify.global sandbox.
