TL;DR

Associate Consultant, Outcomes Research (HEOR / PROs) (HEOR / PROs): Designing and delivering patient-centered, outcomes research, and HEOR projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients with an accent on qualitative and quantitative research, evidence synthesis, and patient-reported outcomes. Focus on analyzing healthcare findings, developing client-ready reports and presentations, and supporting evidence-generation studies and client engagements.

Location: Fully remote in Mexico

What you will do

Support the design and delivery of patient-centered research, outcomes research, and HEOR studies.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with patients, caregivers, clinicians, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Analyze findings, synthesize healthcare evidence, and develop client-ready reports, presentations, and workshops.
Coordinate internal and external cross-functional stakeholders supporting research and product development.
Assist with proposal development and participate in client meetings and presentations.
Build knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets through project delivery and learning opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, economics, or business.
Advanced English.
3–5 years of experience in HEOR, patient-centered research, outcomes research, PROs, COAs, RWE, epidemiology, or related healthcare research.
Experience supporting qualitative and/or quantitative research studies.
Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, consulting, or healthcare organizations.
Strong understanding of patient-reported outcomes and evidence-generation methodologies.

Nice to have

Master’s degree or Ph.D. with commercial experience in the healthcare industry.
