Base pay: $41,400–$86,100 annualized

What you will do

• Perform flow cytometry testing and analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data, verify accuracy, and escalate atypical or out-of-tolerance results.
• Prepare and upload analytical data into LIMS systems under senior guidance.
• Support quality investigations, deviations, and corrective or preventive actions.
• Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions for laboratory workflows.
• Calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and document laboratory equipment while supporting project work and training entry-level staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biological, chemical, or a related scientific field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment and hands-on flow cytometry experience are preferred.
• Proficiency in pipetting, reagent preparation, analytical calculations, and specialized laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge of GLP, laboratory safety, infection control, hazardous chemical handling, and standard laboratory practices.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk frequently, perform close-eye work, and occasionally work in cold temperatures.
