What you will do

• Apply modern AI and machine learning methods to predict clinical outcomes for children with cancer.
• Develop treatment recommendation approaches using large biomedical and genomic datasets.
• Analyze genomic data derived from thousands of patients.
• Study childhood brain tumors and leukemias through computational and experimental research.
• Collaborate with experts in childhood brain tumor research and epigenomics.

Requirements

• PhD in Computational Biology, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in working with large biomedical and genomic datasets.
• Experience developing or applying modern AI approaches.
• Ability to work collaboratively with scientists from other disciplines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and an outstanding academic track record.
• Passion for cancer research, creativity, and independent thinking.
