Financial Analyst (Investments)

Location: Hybrid office environment in Dallas, TX, with a minimum of three days per week in-office attendance.

hirify.global operates a corporate Investments department focused on customer underwriting, capital markets, real estate, and data center-related investment opportunities.

What you will do

• Build financial models for customer underwriting and evaluate whether new deals meet internal financial thresholds.
• Project operating expense and capital expenditure timing, incorporating inventory positions and inflation impacts.
• Model business cases for land and power acquisition opportunities with operational and construction leadership.
• Prepare presentation materials for senior management, investors, and lenders.
• Track customer and financing terms after deal completion and compare approved assumptions with actual results.
• Analyze real estate market indicators and support investment, capital allocation, asset management, and ad hoc reporting initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a commercial finance position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and proficiency with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in the Dallas office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the data center or real estate industry.
• Experience with Yardi, Salesforce, or OneStream.
• Master’s degree or CFA.
